Dr. Sälzer leaves HUGO BOSS AG

Metzingen. The personnel committee of the supervisory board of HUGO BOSS AG and Dr. Sälzer have agreed that at the end of Febuary of this year Dr. Sälzer will leave the board of management of the company by way of amicable arrangement. The company thanks Dr. Sälzer for his long and very successful activities for HUGO BOSS AG as member of the board of management (since 1995), as deputy chairman of the board of management (since 1998) and as chairman of the board of management (since 2002). The separation is caused against the background of different views on the further business policy of the company. The leaving arrangement still needs the consent of the supervisory board.
