You are entitled to dividend, if you hold one or several shares of HUGO BOSS AG in your deposit at the day of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

5. In how far do common shares and preferred shares differ with respect to entitlement to dividend payment and dividend amount?
Dividends on annual profit shall be EUR 0.01 per share higher for owners of non-voting preferred stock than for owners of common stock and such non-voting preferred stock dividends shall be at least EUR 0.01 per share.
