Have you found a vacant post at HUGO BOSS that interests you? Then please submit your application to the contact person cited in the ad.
If we have indicated that it is possible to apply online, we would ask you to use this channel and refrain from sending us a paper application. Needless to say, online applicants will not be disadvantaged in any way.
Once your application has been received at HUGO BOSS (online or by mail), it will be carefully reviewed by the Human Resources department and the relevant department. Should your qualifications match the job profile, we will ask you to attend a personal interview. This will be followed by at least one further interview or Assessment Center review, depending on the position in question.

- How do I fill out the online application using the application wizard?
The instructions on the first page of the online application wizard and additional explanations on each of the following pages describe how to complete the individual sections. The information can be provided in any order. Use the Save button to store any data you have already entered and may wish to elaborate on at a later point. Currently, any data which has not been saved will be lost when you exit the system.
Take your time when you fill in the online application form, making sure that you answer all of the questions completely and accurately. Please note that some answers are obligatory: the fields that must be filled out are marked with an asterisk. These fields will not become visible to us until you have formally submitted your application, after which they will be taken into consideration in the selection process. |

- Can I interrupt my application and then continue at a later date?
| Immediately after you have been registered in the application wizard, we will send you the user data for your account. This will enable you to close the assistant at any time and to complete the form at a later date of your choice. Any information you have entered will be stored. |

- What happens if I change my candidate profile while an application is pending?
| Any changes you make to your candidate profile will take immediate effect and be incorporated into previous or pending applications. |

- How do I know that you have received my application?
| We will send confirmation that we have received your application to the e-mail address provided. This e-mail is automatically generated and will reach you within minutes of submission. This serves as confirmation that your application has been submitted to our application management system. |

- What additional documents will I need to provide?
| Alongside your complete online application form, we will need a photograph, your curriculum vitae (CV) and your certificates and letters of recommendation. You should upload all of these into the system as attachments. Feel free to enhance your profile with other attachments such as sketches, work samples etc. (Please see the section "Frequently asked technical questions" for information on admissible file formats). |

- How up-to-date are the want ads you publish?
| The website only displays those positions that are still vacant. Consequently these ads are always up-to-date. |

- What is the HUGO BOSS Talent Pool and what benefits does it offer?
The HUGO BOSS Talent Pool is a forum enabling you to submit your own personal profile to HUGO BOSS and keep it updated - your whole life long, if you wish (details of your qualifications, education, professional experience, etc.).
This can be done independently of whether HUGO BOSS currently has a job opening that fits your profile. If we do advertise a position requiring your qualifications, we will always have the option of reviewing your profile and contacting you.
Should you not want to be contacted by HUGO BOSS for any period of time, you can temporarily block access to your profile under the menu item "Post Profile". You can then choose to re-post your data at any time. |

- Who can register with the HUGO BOSS Talent Pool?
| As a general rule, anyone who is interested in working with the HUGO BOSS organization can register with the HUGO BOSS Talent Pool. It makes no difference whether you would like to join us as an apprentice, intern, career starter, production worker, experienced professional, or member of management; or if you're seeking long- or short-term employment. |

- How and when will HUGO BOSS contact me?
| We will take the initiative and contact you whenever there is a specific opening that matches your qualifications (as they are shown in our system). This may occur by telephone or e-mail. We would therefore request that you wait for us to get in touch with you instead of contacting us by e-mail or phone. |

- I've forgotten my login password. How can I access my data again?
| Click "Forgotten your password" on the login screen and enter your user name or the e-mail address you submitted when registering. Within a few minutes you will be sent a new temporary password. You will need to change this password the next time you log on. |

- When I try to register, I get the message "This e-mail address is already registered"
| There are two possible reasons for this message. Either you have already registered with us using this address, or you applied by mail, and we recorded your data electronically. To resolve the problem, simply access the login screen, click on "Forgotten your password" and apply for a new password using your e-mail address. There is no need to enter a user name at this point. |

- Which formats and which size of document can I upload?
| Alongside documents created using standard Microsoft Office programs like Word, PowerPoint and Excel, you can also upload files in the following formats: Rich Text Format (.rtf), plain text (.txt), Portable Document Format (.pdf), Motion Pictures Experts Group format (.mpeg), bitmap (.bmp), Tagged Image File (.tif) and Joint Photographic Experts Group format (.jpg). Other file formats such as ZIP files cannot be processed. Attachments must not exceed 10 MB in size. |

- Can I use special characters?
| Special characters and symbols must not be used as our recruitment system may not display them correctly. |

- Data protection at HUGO BOSS?
We attach great importance to privacy and data protection at HUGO BOSS AG. This applies particularly to the personal data of applicants and of any individuals registering in our talent pool. Needless to say, your data will be stored and transmitted securely in compliance with the relevant data protection legislation.
In coordination with our Data Protection Officer, we have implemented a strict permissions and data protection system. This means that your data will be treated in absolute confidence and can only be accessed by authorized individuals. You can find more on the topic of privacy in the section entitled "Data Privacy Statement." |

- How long will my data be stored?
Your data will be stored in our system for as long as you want. It will be removed when your account is deleted. You account may be deleted in two ways:
Manually: when you actively delete your profile and account Automatically: when you do not log on for a period of 12 months.
In the latter case, you will receive an e-mail asking you to log on at least once in the following three-month period. If you fail to do this, your account will be automatically deleted. |

- Which browsers are supported?
The recruitment system supports the following browsers: - Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher - Netscape 7.01 and higher - Firefox 1.0 and higher - Mozilla 1.7.5 and higher
Other browsers and older versions do not currently support the system's features and functions. |
