Born in 1968 in Pforzheim, Mark Alexander Langer studied in Munich and Hagen, obtaining a Master degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering.
In 1995, he started his career as Associate at McKinsey & Company in Munich before he joined Procter & Gamble in Schwalbach as Financial Analysis Manager Europe in 1997. After two years, he returned to McKinsey & Company to become Senior Associate and Project Leader in New York and Düsseldorf.
Mark Langer joined HUGO BOSS AG in January 2003 as Director Finance & Accounting. After also having served as Senior Vice President Global Replenishment for two years, he became Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Managing Board in January 2010. Since May 2016 he is CEO of the HUGO BOSS AG.
Mark Langer does not hold any mandates at other companies beyond his position at HUGO BOSS.
He is married and has three children.

Born in 1967 in Mainz, Bernd Hake began his career with an apprenticeship at Dresdner Bank AG in Düsseldorf. Afterwards, he studied at the University of Mainz, obtaining a Master of Business Administration in 1996. Bernd Hake joined HUGO BOSS AG in Metzingen as Project Associate in 1997. In January 2000 he became Head of Business Development, a position he held for four years.
Afterwards he took over the commercial management and integration of the product division shoes & accessories in Coldrerio, Switzerland - a product group previously manufactured under license. Three years later, he returned to Metzingen to become Brand Director for the BOSS brand before assuming the position of Managing Director for UK and Ireland in London in 2009. In 2013 Bernd Hake was appointed Senior Vice President EMEA.
On March 1, 2016 he became a member of the Managing Board, responsible for sales and own retail.
He is married and has one daughter.
Chief Brand Officer (CBO),
responsible for Brand and Creative Management
Born in 1965 in the north-west German town of Leer, Ingo Wilts launched his career with an apprenticeship in visual marketing and fashion design. In 1991, he took up the post of Sportswear Assistant at Henri Vetter in Amsterdam, after which he joined the Bavarian company Miltenberger as a product manager for Daniel Hechter. In 1997, he was appointed product manager for BOSS Black at HUGO BOSS AG. Two years later, he became the product manager for sportswear at Joop in Hamburg before heading back to HUGO BOSS in 2000. There he held various positions within creative management before taking up the position of Senior Vice President BOSS Black, BOSS Selection & BOSS Green in 2009. Later that year, he was appointed Creative Director at Kenneth Cole in New York, where he stayed until joining Elie Taharie as Director Women’s and Men’s Design in 2012. Having served as Creative Director Menswear at Tommy Hilfiger in Amsterdam for a year, he returned to HUGO BOSS to become Senior Vice-President Menswear in July 2014. In the same year, he was appointed Global Creative Director at Tommy Hilfiger.
On August 15, 2016, Ingo Wilts became a member of the HUGO BOSS Managing Board with responsibility for brand and creative management.
