Notification of voting rights pursuant to Article 26 Section 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act)



HUGO BOSS AG received the following information referring to notification pursuant to secs. 21 para. 1, 22 para. 2 WpHG by Zignago Holding S.p.A., Fossalta di Portogruaro, Italy, on 27 April 2015.



“We herewith notify pursuant to secs. 21 para. 1, 22 para. 2 WpHG that on 23 April 2015 our stake in the voting rights in HUGO BOSS AG, Dieselstraße 12, 72555 Metzingen, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5% and that on this date we held 7.10%, i.e. 5,000,000 of the voting rights in HUGO BOSS AG.



4.19%, i.e. 2,950,000 of the aforementioned voting rights in HUGO BOSS AG are directly held by us. 2.91%, i.e. 2,050,000 of the aforementioned voting rights in HUGO BOSS AG are attributed to us according to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.”
