HUGO BOSS has been a member of the German network “Success Factor Family” since 2008. Our employees benefit from daycare for children aged six months and up, summer vacation care, or financial support for childcare costs. The “New Work” concept, with flexible working time models, options to work from home, and virtual collaboration, makes it even easier to balance family and career.
