Heiko Schäfer

Born in 1972 in the northwest German town of Minden, Heiko Schäfer studied Business Administration at the University of the Saarland and the University of Michigan (USA) before completing his studies with a PhD in Marketing at the University of Mannheim.

In 2002 he started his career at the Boston Consulting Group as Principal & Recruiting Director. In 2008, he joined adidas AG, taking up the position of Vice President Global Operations Strategy. Three years later he was appointed Senior Vice President Operations/Sports Style, after having already taken on additional responsibility for the Center of Excellence Product Development as Vice President in 2009.

In 2015 Heiko Schäfer joined the Tom Tailor Group as Chief Operating Officer. One year later he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Tom Tailor Group.

In March 2020, he became a member of the HUGO BOSS Managing Board.

He is married and has two children.
