Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Yves Müller is leaving the Managing Board of HUGO BOSS AG for personal reasons and has stepped down from his mandate at his own request. He will be succeeded as a Managing Board member for Finance and Operations by Ivica Maric, currently Executive Vice President Business Operations of HUGO BOSS AG, effective October 1.
Yves Müller joined HUGO BOSS as CFO in December 2017. From July 2020 to May 2021, he served as Spokesperson of the Managing Board. In May 2022, in addition to his role as CFO, he assumed responsibility for Operations – including IT, logistics, production and procurement, as well as purchasing – as COO.

Ivica Maric has been with HUGO BOSS since 2005 and has held various leadership positions in Controlling and Accounting over the course of his career. After being appointed Senior Vice President Controlling in 2012, he assumed responsibility for Business Operations in 2022 and was appointed Executive Vice President Business Operations in 2023.
