Metzingen, May 16, 2016. The personnel committee of HUGO BOSS AG has resolved in today’s meeting to propose Mark Langer to be appointed Chairman of the Managing Board and CEO of HUGO BOSS AG.

For this decision the approval of the Supervisory Board is expected shortly.
