Personnel changes at HUGO BOSS Fashions Inc.

Metzingen/New York, September 6, 2016. Gerrit Ruetzel, President & CEO, HUGO BOSS Americas, has decided to leave the company effective September 30, 2016 to seek new opportunities.

Mr. Ruetzel made significant contributions to the development of HUGO BOSS globally during his 15-year tenure with the company. The Group's Management would like to thank him for his commitment and wish him all the best for his professional and personal future. 

Effective October 15, 2016, Anthony Lucia will be taking up the position of President & CEO for HUGO BOSS USA, one of the most important markets for the Group. Mr. Lucia brings over 25 years of wholesale and retail experience and a profound knowledge of the U.S. market. He had already been with HUGO BOSS from 1998 to 2008.

Mr. Lucia will report to Bernd Hake, Chief Sales Officer, HUGO BOSS AG.
