On February 23, 2016, Allianz Global Investors Fund, Senningerberg, Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on HUGO BOSS AG, Metzingen, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 21, 2015 and on that day amounted to 3.05% (this corresponds to 2,144,113 Voting Rights).
