STEPHAN STURM TO STEP DOWN AS CHAIRMAN AND MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF HUGO BOSS

Stephan Sturm has decided to step down as member of the Supervisory Board of HUGO BOSS AG effective October 15, 2026. The decision follows constructive discussions against the backdrop of the recent changes in HUGO BOSS’ shareholder structure. Stephan Sturm will continue to serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HUGO BOSS until a successor has been elected and no later than his departure from the Supervisory Board, thereby ensuring continuity throughout this period and facilitating an orderly handover.

The Supervisory Board will initiate the process regarding the future chairmanship and the succession of Stephan Sturm on the Supervisory Board immediately. The Company will provide an update in due course.

Stephan Sturm was elected to the Supervisory Board of HUGO BOSS at the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2025, and subsequently elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
