Michael Murray takes over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HUGO BOSS. The Supervisory Board has elected him as new Chairman in yesterday’s regular meeting. He succeeds Stephan Sturm, who recently announced his resignation as member of the Supervisory Board.

Michael Murray was elected to the Supervisory Board of HUGO BOSS at the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2025.

Following the departure of Stephan Sturm from the Supervisory Board, Robert Palmer is expected to join the Supervisory Board of HUGO BOSS, subject to appointment by the local court. Robert Palmer is a Chartered Accountant with more than four decades of experience in auditing and corporate advisory services. During his career, he held several leadership positions within the accounting profession and advised numerous public and private companies on corporate transactions. Since 2022, he has served as Director of Frasers Group Financial Services Limited.
