Sustainability Reports

All HUGO BOSS sustainability reports for download
HUGO BOSS publishes a sustainability report each year. This section contains all the sustainability reports that HUGO BOSS has published since it started reporting in 2013. Our sustainability magazine, published in 2016, can also be downloaded as a PDF.

The sustainability report is intended for stakeholders such as customers, business partners, shareholders, employees, and NGOs – as well as all other stakeholders who are interested in the values and principles of HUGO BOSS. To compile the report contents, HUGO BOSS follows the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and incorporates the results of the materiality analysis.

The sustainability report is intended to provide transparency as to how HUGO BOSS takes responsibility – for example, through close collaboration with partners worldwide and through materials selected according to sustainability criteria. In addition to measures already implemented, the report also describes long-term targets. As such, it documents the progress that HUGO BOSS is making in firmly embedding sustainability within the Group. Because our efforts are based on our own convictions and as a result of our promise of quality to customers.

The 2020 Annual Report integrates the non-financial statement in accordance with CSR-RUG (the CSR Guidelines Implementation Act).

Sustainability Program: TODAY. TOMORROW. ALWAYS.

In our annually published Sustainability Program, HUGO BOSS defines ambitious goals and effective measures on the way to greater sustainability. In 2019, we fundamentally revised the program. Our activities and goals in the individual fields of action are now summarized in accordance with the concept “Today. Tomorrow. Always.” The new program shows that sustainability is a continuous process within the company, which is constantly evolving and is firmly anchored in our business activities.

TODAY. Milestones achieved in the current reporting year and initiatives and programmes implemented to strengthen sustainability in the corresponding field of action.

TOMORROW. Medium- and long-term goals in the respective field of action, their time horizon and implementation status.

ALWAYS. Ongoing efforts and commitments in the fields of action that form the basis of sustainability management.

A summary of our most important activities under this concept can be found here or in our Sustainability Brochure.
