We are active in many countries and employ people from many nations. Colleagues from all over the world work at our headquarters in Metzingen, near Stuttgart. But no matter where you start or which division you join: exciting responsibilities await you everywhere.
Would you like to trade the auditorium for practical experience at an international company? Then support us as part of a four to six-month internship.
We’re always on the lookout for talents from a wide variety of degree programs – such as graphical or fashion design, business administration, logistics, business information technology, or computer science. Students from other disciplines will also find numerous options for demonstrating their knowledge and expertise with us.
Depending on where you serve your internship, you might analyze data, support management with strategic projects, or help create new collections. You will gain deep insights into the processes of a global company and make interesting contacts – a network that will serve you will in your later career.
What you should bring to the table:

As a working student at HUGO BOSS, you can gather valuable practical experience alongside your studies. We offer interesting work in a range of fields – for example, supporting office planning, IT training, project management, or sales. You can find out what it’s like to work for an international company, gain initial insights into the fashion and lifestyle industry, and when graduation time comes around, maybe even write your thesis at HUGO BOSS.
During the term, you can work up to 20 hours per week at our headquarters in Metzingen, and full-time during breaks. You’ll always find our currently open positions in our job portal. We’re looking forward to your application.
Whether procurement, design, IT, marketing, or sales: all of our departments offer exciting, current issues that are begging to be explored scientifically in a bachelor or master thesis. You define the subject of your thesis together with the specialist department, ensuring that your topic is directly relevant to our work and that your findings support the success of HUGO BOSS.
What we expect of you:
You can coordinate your attendance and working times individually with the division where you're writing your thesis. Or you can sign a paid working student contract to work up to 20 hours per week.
Do you want to start working in a specific position? Do you have experience from an apprenticeship, professional work, or even an internship at HUGO BOSS? We look forward to hearing from creative, talented graduates in subjects such as – but by no means limited to – graphics or fashion design, business administration, logistics, business information technology, and computer science. Please apply directly to one of the positions advertised in the job portal.
