Depending on where you serve your internship, you might analyze data, support management with strategic projects, or help create new collections. You will gain deep insights into the processes of a global company and make interesting contacts – a network that will serve you will in your later career.

As a working student at HUGO BOSS, you can gather valuable practical experience alongside your studies. We offer interesting work in a range of fields – for example, supporting office planning, IT training, project management, or sales. Whether procurement, design, IT, marketing, or sales: all of our departments offer exciting, current issues that are begging to be explored scientifically in a bachelor or master thesis. You define the subject of your thesis together with the specialist department, ensuring that your topic is directly relevant to our work and that your findings support the success of HUGO BOSS.

What we expect of you:

• You are about to graduate and ideally have already gathered practical experience
• You already know what’s important to us thanks to a previous internship or working as a student
• You’ve put your foreign language skills to the test during a semester (or year) abroad

You can coordinate your attendance and working times individually with the division where you're writing your thesis. Or you can sign a paid working student contract to work up to 20 hours per week.
