Ivica Maric

Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of Labor Relations
He is responsible for Business Planning & Analysis, Finance and Tax, Internal Audit, Central Services, IT, Investor Relations, Risk and Insurance Management, and Legal/Compliance. He is also responsible for Own Manufacturing and Sourcing, Sustainability and Quality Management as well as Global Logistics.

Ivica Maric was born in 1982 in Tübingen, Germany, and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, Germany.

He has been with HUGO BOSS since 2005 and has held various leadership positions in Controlling and Accounting throughout his career with the Company. In 2012, he took over as Senior Vice President Controlling. Ivica Maric assumed additional responsibility for Business Operations in 2022 and was appointed Executive Vice President Business Operations in 2023. Since June 2025, he has also served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

Since October 2026, he has been a member of the HUGO BOSS Managing Board.

Ivica Maric is married, has three children, and lives in Tübingen.
