New Chief Executive Officer of HUGO BOSS

Metzingen, May 16, 2016. The personnel committee of HUGO BOSS AG has resolved in today’s meeting and after careful consideration of different options to propose Mark Langer to be appointed Chairman of the Managing Board and CEO of HUGO BOSS AG.

For this decision the approval of the Supervisory Board is expected shortly.

Mark Langer has joined HUGO BOSS thirteen years ago, becoming Chief Financial Officer and member of the Managing Board in 2010.

Supervisory Board chairman Michel Perraudin: "I am convinced that appointing Mark Langer is absolutely the right decision, especially in the current situation. Mr. Langer has our complete confidence. With the actions already taken within the last couple of months, he has acted quickly and shown great determination as well as strategic foresight."
