Metzingen, July 2, 2019. Following today's meeting of the Supervisory Board, HUGO BOSS AG announced that Bernd Hake will be stepping down from the HUGO BOSS AG Managing Board to pursue a new professional challenge. This decision was made by mutual consent.
The Supervisory Board and Group wish to thank Bernd Hake for his many years of successful work for HUGO BOSS AG and his numerous achievements. As Managing Director for the UK & Ireland region, he expanded retail operations in this very important market. Subsequently, in his capacity as Senior Vice President, he successfully guided the Group's fortunes across the entire European market (EMEA) before taking up his seat on the Managing Board in 2016. Managing Board Chairman Mark Langer will be assuming Mr. Hake's responsibilities in the future.
