Information on the use of CCTV in our stores and outlets
Information we collect through camera surveillance: The camera surveillance system will capture moving images of natural persons in our stores. The images will constitute personal data of yours.
Purpose: To detect, investigate and prosecute theft, burglary and other criminal offenses, and to protect and ensure the safety and security of property and persons.
Legal basis for the processing of your personal data: The legal basis for the processing of personal data is that the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by HUGO BOSS as described above (article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Considering the purposes behind the CCTV, previous security incidents on our premises, and the measures taken to protect and limit the processing of personal data (including the limited storage period), HUGO BOSS has concluded that its legitimate interests may be pursued without being overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
Period of Storage: 72 hours, however HUGO BOSS may store the videos for up to 3 months if there is a need for such storage

Access to the video is granted to:
Access to the video is granted to authorized members of HUGO BOSS’s security team, individuals with direct involvement in a particular incident; and other appropriate supervisory or managerial employees where appropriate. The video may also be disclosed (if appropriate) to the police or other appropriate governmental authorities, as well as HUGO BOSS’s external legal advisers and insurers if allowed under applicable laws.
Against HUGO BOSS, data subjects have the right to access the personal data we process about them, to object to the processing and transfer of data, to request erasure of certain data, to rectification of incorrect data, and the right to lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authority (in Sweden, Datainspektionen).
