Measures in challenging times
The well-being and protection of our employees and partners is our top priority, whatever the circumstances. From the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we established an interdisciplinary crisis team. In order to safely guide the staff through this challenging time, our employees were informed quickly and clearly about developments and corresponding measures were implemented at a global level. These included, among others:
- Introduction of a comprehensive approach to hygiene
> Limiting the number of people in business premises
> Measures relating to social distancing and ventilation
> Provision of hand-disinfection dispensers, wipes and face masks
- Change from work on campus to remote work, as well as the introduction of shift models, where possible
- Offering COVID-19-specific training
- Regular information for employees via email, newsletter, guidelines and video messages
HUGO BOSS was awarded a Stevie® Award for its responsible and preemptive approach in these challenging times – especially with regards to its own employees. Discover more.
