New Work is our answer to the current limitations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This allows for flexible working-time models and the provision of appropriate digital equipment and tools depending on the job profile, which enable us to stay in close contact, even from a distance. We are continuously expanding this capacity, for example by using Microsoft Teams.
In addition, we have provided all our employees with face masks, which are produced in our Technical Center in Metzingen.

The length of the application procedure and the number of steps involve depend largely on which position you apply for. Two interviews are usually held. The first serves primarily for us to get to know one another better. The second interview, which is usually attended by the department manager, serves to discuss personal and professional information. It might also include a case study or work sample.
Depending on the position, an assessment tool (AON Assessments) might be used. Our applicants receive all information in advance, together with their invitation to the interview.
