At HUGO BOSS, International Women’s Day is a reminder of our responsibility to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to grow, innovate, and shape the future — across fashion, technology, and beyond.
Empowering women is not a one‑day commitment, it’s an ongoing journey. Women represent 60% of our global workforce at HUGO BOSS, and our dedication to gender equity is reflected in how we work and in our long‑term ambition. We are focused on creating opportunities that enable women to develop their skills, expand their networks, and actively shape their careers.
This year, we dedicated not just one day, but a full week to learning, exchange, and inspiration.
To mark the occasion, we introduced the AI Learning Days as a brand‑new format. Female colleagues stepped into the role of internal trainers and delivered around 40 AI Learning Sessions, sharing diverse perspectives and practical knowledge from across the field of artificial intelligence. In total, more than 1,000 colleagues worldwide signed up to learn from our Female AI Heroes.
A special highlight of the week was the Women in AI Talk featuring renowned guest speaker and AI thought leader Nicole Büttner. Hosted at our ON AIR TV Studio in Metzingen, and broadcasted to our global colleagues via livestream, the session offered inspiring insights into how female leadership is shaping the future of AI and innovation.
The program was further enriched by activities exploring the intersection of AI and women’s health — using immersive virtual‑reality headsets to engage with the topic in a powerful way, and encouraging new perspectives on health, technology, and equity.
These initiatives create meaningful spaces for dialogue and new perspectives, reinforcing our conviction that innovation thrives where inclusion is lived. Because real progress happens when knowledge is shared, trust is built, and empowerment is passed on.
