Pride Month:
CELEBRATING DIVERSITY

This June, our headquarters campus in Metzingen has been decked up in pride colors – marking our celebrations for the Pride Month and our symbol of support for the LGBTQIA+ community. At HUGO BOSS, we stand together in our support for self-affirmation, dignity, and equality, for everyone, regardless of their background, gender, or expression of individuality. We believe in the strength of diversity and inclusion. We are continually working to ensure that we, as a company, offer equal opportunity and provide a safe, secure workspace for those who belong to the LGBTQIA+ community and thus, toward greater equality.

Highlights from our continuous efforts range from visual installations on our campus in support of Pride Month, to a special PRIDE Capsule collection, and a collaboration with ILGA World, an international organization that supports the LGBTI community around the world. This year, we are also participating in the Sticks & Stones LGBTQ+ Job and Career Fair onsite in Berlin on 11th June and digitally on 5th November.

PROUD VOICES

We are introducing our PROUD VOICES Series featuring HUGO BOSS employees, who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, from around the world, as they share their bold, beautiful, and thought-provoking stories.  Every week in June 2022, we will share one story as part of the PROUD VOICES series.

Admir

Admir, who hails from a small city in Slovenia and currently works as a designer in the BOSS Green Team, tells us why he is proud to be part of the diversity platform. He also talks about the importance of kindness and how it, according to him, defines equality.

Roger

Roger, who works in the design and collection development department (BOSS Menswear) in HUGO BOSS Ticino, found it challenging to live in a place where the LGBTQIA+ community is not so strong. This is why he makes it a point to reach out to other members of the community.

Matthew

Matthew, Managing Director, SEAPAC, who has been working with HUGO BOSS for nearly two decades, talks about why he has been fighting for same-sex marriage and what it means to him, and to those who belong to the LGBTQIA+ community.

Eleonora

Meet Eleonora, a fashion designer at our headquarters in Metzingen. She shares an incident with her twin brothers that made her realize the importance of spreading awareness on pride and diversity.

Julio

We will begin with Julio, our sales associate from the BOSS Store in Recife, Brazil. Julio shares his journey of transformation from being ‘Janaina’ to being ‘Julio Cesar’. Be you! Be bold!
