June 2017 – This year, the organization Equileap published its “Gender Equality Global Report and Ranking” in cooperation with the University of Maastricht for the first time. Over 3,000 companies in 23 countries were evaluated in order to make corporate progress towards gender equality transparent and globally comparable across all sectors.
On an international scale HUGO BOSS made it into the Top 200. Criteria like leadership, career development, work-life-balance, paternity leave, equal pay, health and occupational safety were in the focus of the analysis. Therefore, HUGO BOSS could underline its engagement towards gender equality.
