HUGO BOSS supports its partner circular.fashion in its crowdfunding campaign

HUGO BOSS is delighted to announce that its partner circular.fashion has taken first place in the H&M Foundation's Global Change Award 2019. Besides raising its profile, winning the award gives the start-up the opportunity to present its own ideas on the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo for further support and inspiration from consumers and other parties.

By signing the 2020 Circular Fashion System Commitment in 2017, HUGO BOSS has committed itself to promoting closed cycles in the textile industry. To achieve this goal, the right course must be set during the design phase. In its circular design strategy, the company focuses on integrating corresponding circular design principles into collection briefings by 2020 and conducting appropriate training for employees in the design, development and procurement process. The company has been working with circular.fashion, a Berlin-based start-up that develops software solutions for a circular economy in the fashion industry, for a year now. The first joint employee training sessions have already taken place successfully and further trainings are planned.

HUGO BOSS is looking forward to its future cooperation with circular.fashion in order to continue advancing the circular economy in the fashion industry.
