HUGO BOSS wins three Stevie Awards

HUGO BOSS has received three "Gold" German StevieĀ® Awards this year. In particular, the focus of the awards is on the company's involvement in the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to the exemplary measures taken to protect and ensure the safety of the workforce, the company's social commitment was also recognized. The virtual awards ceremony will take place on May 20, 2021.

Award winner in three categories

The Stevie Awards are the world's leading business awards. HUGO BOSS received awards in three categories: "Team of the Year", "Special Achievements in Human Resources" and "Most Valuable Company Response".

The award-winning HUGO BOSS Covid-19 crisis team, which was set up shortly after the beginning of the pandemic, ensured quick and clear communication on the decisions made and measures to be taken. These included, for example, the switch to mobile working. An internal survey during this period confirmed that employees appreciated the more mobile and flexible approach to working. HUGO BOSS therefore introduced the new flexible working concept "Threedom of Work", which also received a Stevie Award.

The company also contributed to society by donating around 200,000 face masks, for which it won the third award. The masks were donated primarily to regional social institutions but also to selected organizations within Europe.
