For example, we implement a comprehensive social compliance program in the supply chain, have a strict chemical management and continuously increase the proportion of sustainable materials.
It goes without saying that we make these sustainability standards transparent and thus meet the requirements of our various stakeholders. We therefore report in detail on our commitment to sustainability on our Group website, in our Annual Report and Sustainability Report, and regularly take part in various surveys on the subject of sustainability.
One such survey is that of Stiftung Warentest, in which we currently only provide publicly accessible information, primarily via our website. Unfortunately, this has not enabled us to present a differentiated and robust picture of our sustainability activities. This is neither our usual approach nor our claim. Of course, we expressly regret this and will continue to pay attention to this topic in the future.
