The fashion industry thrives on diversity and openness. This year, for pride month, our core brand BOSS has teamed up with the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA World) to support the LGBTQIA+ community worldwide. ILGA World connects more than 1,700 groups in 160 countries and territories and supports the rights and interests of the LGBTQIA+ movement worldwide. With its work, the organisation is also committed to combating discrimination and promoting an open society, equal opportunities and diversity.
With a BOSS capsule collection dedicated to pride, we will promote various activities with a donation to ILGA World. The association`s research and education activities will be strengthened, as well as advocacy, training opportunities and programmes to support LGBTQIA+ activists.
With the guiding principle "We help people grow stronger", we at HUGO BOSS have focused our social commitment on supporting educational an equal opportunities in general and in particular for women in society. As part of this work, we aim to promote diversity across our entire value chain. This is how we want to use our reach as a company to support people with different sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, and to strengthen equality, equal opportunities and diversity in the fashion industry.
