January 2019 - We will support the "managers without borders" foundation as part of our Corporate Volunteering Program. This foundation provides local development work in the form of entrepreneurial and management knowledge and thus offers concrete and direct support on site. The aim is to promote the economic situation in developing regions worldwide through knowledge transfer and thus support the independent further development of small and medium-sized companies as well as non-governmental organizations.
With its commitment, the company aims on the one hand to fulfil its social responsibility and at the same time to strengthen the associated further development of its employees in a new environment. In this cooperation, employees of HUGO BOSS AG have the opportunity to contribute their knowledge to one of the foundation projects and act as trainers and consultants during a stay of several weeks on site, for example in Africa and South America.
