Congratulations! You have successfully taken the first step. At the moment, we are conducting our job interviews primarily over Skype to keep the number of external visitors, and thus the risk of infection, as low as possible. 

If it is essential to meet in person for a position, we will conduct the interview in compliance with the current regulations – maintaining distance, disinfection measures, etc. 

Please understand that we are currently unable to offer guided tours of the campus or open application rounds. 

New Work is our answer to the current limitations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This allows for flexible working-time models and the provision of appropriate digital equipment and tools depending on the job profile, which enable us to stay in close contact, even from a distance. We are continuously expanding this capacity, for example by using Microsoft Teams.

In addition, we have provided all our employees with face masks, which are produced in our Technical Center in Metzingen.

HUGO BOSS main headquarters is located in Metzingen, near Stuttgart. We have regional headquarters in New York, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and elsewhere. Our 442 stores (as of late 2016) are located in the Americas, the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and Africa.

You are welcome to apply for multiple jobs that have been advertised. When you submit an online application, a personal candidate profile is created for you, which you can access any time with your login data. You can assign your candidate profile to one or more vacant positions.

The length of the application procedure and the number of steps involve depend largely on which position you apply for. Two interviews are usually held. The first serves primarily for us to get to know one another better. The second interview, which is usually attended by the department manager, serves to discuss personal and professional information. It might also include a case study or work sample.

Depending on the position, an assessment tool (AON Assessments) might be used. Our applicants receive all information in advance, together with their invitation to the interview.

When we receive your application, you’ll get a receipt confirmation immediately. We’ll need some time to review your application package, however, because we need to coordinate with the relevant divisions. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Of course you're welcome to apply for other vacant positions if you’ve been rejected for one. There are many reasons why your application might have been rejected, so it’s entirely possible that you might be the perfect fit later or for a different position.
